It is little wonder that the most vicious Warlord from the planet Marr aligned himself with Utgar, the most vicious Valkyrie General. Bloodthirsty, brutal, and single-mindedly obsessed in his quest for power, Ne-Gok-Sa is never unprepared for battle; his head, arms and shoulders are implanted with permanent armor, his right hand technobionically forged into a lethal weapon.
But Ne-Gok-Sa's most fearsome power is invisible, insidious, and impossible to resist: it is the power of mind control. With this extraordinary gift that is wasted on wickedness, Ne-Gok-Sa enslaves the minds of followers and foes alike. Though the strange chittering of his native language is foreign to Valhallans, Ne-Gok-Sa gives orders telepathically, in the native tongues of the controlled.[1]

History[]

Ne-Gok-Sa clashes with Finn in the Animated Commercial.
On Marr, Ne-Gok-Sa once punished Me-Burq-Sa for attempting to take control of the Marro forces, which left Me-Burq-Sa stripped of his defensive abilities. This has plagued Me-Burq-Sa ever since.[2]
After being summoned to Valhalla by Utgar, in the early period where Einar and Utgar collaborated,[3] Ne-Gok-Sa pursued capture of the Wellsprings with Deathwalker 9000, Grimnak, Agent Carr, and an Izumi Samurai, among others.[4] He would later spar with Finn the Viking Champion.

Ne-Gok-Sa looms over a captured Sgt. Drake in Comic #2.
Later, he would go on a mission to Jutanguard alongside the Marro Warriors, Mimring, Grimnak, Deathwalker 9000 and others, setting up a cavern base and interrupting a nearby party of Jandar's forces preparing to dive the nearby lakes. He clashed with Thorgrim and Finn the Viking Champions, but retreated once he realized that Mimring had successfully abducted Sgt. Drake Alexander.[5]
With Sgt. Drake strapped to an operating table, Ne-Gok-Sa used his psychic powers to pacify him while preparing to use a cranial drill. However, Drake became aware of Ne-Gok-Sa's influence, and spit on his face, distracting him and ending the effect. Ne-Gok-Sa struck Drake, but by then Haldor, Finn, Thorgrim, Raelin and the Airborne Elite were coming to the rescue. Ne-Gok-Sa traded sword blows with Haldor, who held the Katana of Thorian, but after Hal was shot by Deathwalker 9000 retreated with the rest of Utgar's forces.[6]
Ne-Gok-Sa was present at one of Utgar's fortresses alongside Su-Bak-Na and the Marro Warriors when Sgt. Drake Alexander, Thorgrim the Viking Champion, the Airborne Elite, the Tarn Viking Warriors, and Johnny 'Shotgun' Sullivan attempted to rescue a captured Raelin.[7]
Ne-Gok-Sa would later be out with the Marro Warriors during the Siege of Concan's Castle, and was antagonized by Syvarris. He pursued Syvarris, Sgt. Drake, and the Nakita Agents into the nearby Cave of Shadows, and could feel them with his telepathic influence.[8]
Additional Info[]
In Heroscape Comic #3, Su-Bak-Na orders him and Taelord to defend against the incoming forces of Jandar. However, we never actually see Ne-Gok-Sa in a panel in this issue.
Ne-Gok-Sa especially likes the Marrden Hounds and keeps a pack of them around when possible.[9]
