The Frostclaw clan of Noxdorma is known for its overwhelming displays of power. Their territories are defended by the decisive strikes of enormous warriors with hearts of steel. Even the smallest among them are still large, though perhaps less ferocious than their brethren.

A lack of natural ferocity and size, however, can be compensated for with cleverness. The neighboring Vorid cities have taught the Ursine this through their battle-machines and strange augmentations. The Ordo Borealis, eager to support the fight but reluctant to engage directly in battle, have spent countless hours with their Vorid allies, mastering the deadly launching devices they now wield. Even the ever-dour Adelbern recognizes the value of this dedicated study on the battlefield.[1]

Ordo Borealis Paint Master

Ordo Borealis paint master.

The Ordo Borealis were part of the Frostclaw Clan on Noxdorma. Reluctant to engage directly in battle with their enemies, they instead consulted with the neighboring Vorid cities and borrowed from their technological enhancements. Even Knight Primus Adelbern was impressed with the results of their long-distance harpoon launchers.[1]

They likely fell alongside the rest of the Frostclaw Clan when the Gnarlfur Clan finally succeeded in overthrowing them, and were summoned by the Valkyrie Jandar to Valhalla.[2]

In the aftermath of the collapsed Peace Summit which began the Age of Annihilation, Jandar dispatched the Ordo Borealis to help lock down his borders against advances from any former allies or pirate invaders.[3]

Additional Info[]

The Ordo Borealis were among the figures originally designed by a group of community members deemed the War Council for the Age of Annihilation Vanguard Edition crowdfund. This material was later adapted and set for retail release by Renegade Game Studios.
